A GEM IN BONNIEVALE.
We were en route from Cradock to Cape Town and decided to stay in Bonnievale as we had never been to Bonnievale. Christofphs was a perfect find for us. We were welcomed by Innocent, he was attentive to our needs and a great host. Our room was perfect and beautifully presented. The garden is a treat to walk in, sadly it was winter - but the pool is beautiful and very inviting. Then to top it all we sat down to a really 5 star breakfast.
Sadly we only booked for 1 night, but looking forward to a return visit of at least 3 nights to explore the area and enjoy all the comfort and luxury that Christofphs has to offer.

Wir haben unsere Südafrika-Rundreise für 1 Woche in Bonnievale mit seiner schönen Umgebung unterbrochen und haben jeden Tag genossen. Ein wundervoller Ort um "runterzukommen" und das Leben zu genießen.
Sowohl die geschmackvolle, luxuriöse Einrichtung als auch die liebenswerten, sehr aufmerksamen Gastgeber, die einem buchstäblich jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablesen, lassen 5 Sterne eigentlich zu wenig erscheinen. Hinzu kommen der gepflegte Garten mit verschiedenen, schönen Sitzplätzen, der chlorfreie Pool, der jederzeit Erfrischung bietet, und ein opulentes, vielseitiges Frühstück mit Innocent's famosen Spiegeleiern - man will gar nicht mehr abreisen.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christofphs Guesthouse in Bonnievale. The Guesthouse is stunning with beautiful gardens, lovely views and a fantastic pool area. The rooms are very stylishly decorated and the beds are super comfortable after a day of exploring the beauty of the Bonnivale area. The attention to detail in the rooms made our stay feel like an exquisite treat. The owners have really thought of everything that will ensure a luxurious stay in the winelands. The owners are very friendly and are willing to give guests all the tips of exploring the region. The breakfast perfectly finished off our stay with a magnificent selection of local cold meats, German cheeses, freshly baked bread and local fruits. It was truly a magical experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend staying in this five star establishment.

Wir durften 5 Tage diese einzigartige Unterkunft genießen.
Das Christofphs hob einen bis dahin schon grandiosen Urlaub auf ein noch höheres Level.
Von Verköstigung, Unterbringung bis bis hin zu Insiderinformationen - alles rund und stimmig.
Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt bei euch, und werden das Christofpfs auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.

Wir danken für 5 wundervolle Urlaubstage in Christofphs-Guesthouse . Ob Pool, Gästezimmer,
oder Frühstück alles ist auf sehr hohem Niveau (mindestens 5 Sterne). Rundum ein ausgezeichneter Ort um Urlaub zu machen. Auch wir können sagen : " WIR KOMMN WIEDER "

Wir wahren im Januar 2017 für 5 Tage dort und ich kann euch sagen das Gästehouse hat 5 Sterne verdient. Wunderschöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Gästezimmer, ein traumhafter Pool, und ein Garten mit Schildkröten machten den Aufenthalt perfekt. Beim Frühstück wurden wir von unserem Gastgeber liebevoll umsorgt und verwöhnt. Es gibt tolle Ausflugsziele in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung. Alles in allem wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus, die Gästezimmer, die Gartenanlage, der Pool, das liebevoll zubereitete und angerichtete Frühstück und der sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber - wir wüßten nicht einen Punkt bei dem es zu Abstrichen an einer 5-Sterne-Bewertung kommen könnte.
